Date: Sat, 14 May 1994 14:59:45 -0400 Subject: Sort of SWILnews #15 (Duality and Singularity) I wasn't intending to write another SWILnews as The Grotesque is back in New York, I have papers, and there really wasn't much news in the first place, but some among you demanded a meeting and a news, ergo, I acquiesce... WHAT WE NEED TO DO TO CLEAN UP 1. Besh -GIVE LARRY THE SCHLOCK RECIEPTS ASAP!!!!! -He will take them to Budget Committee in the fall. 2. '94 shirts are still not in, we'll either mail them or deal in the fall, ask Besh (I personally think that it'd be infinitely cheaper and less painful to wait, but it's her decision. She will also take care of replenishing the SWILfund this summer and later when money comes in. Reunion shirts and reorders will be mailed. 3. That's it. Non-SWIL business included various goodbyes, flying saltshakers, discussions of Sinagapore, Longwood gardens, how to transport sysadmins to various parts of a company (cannons and pneumatic tubes were suggested) See you all next year for the 0th meeting if there is a weekend before classes when we are all here. I'll be scaring up people over the summer to do freshling mailbox stuffing and Orientation Week Live Chess so watch out! Bye y'all.
