SWAPA is the SWIL Amateur Press Association (or Swarthmore Amateur Publication Alliance --- take your pick). It has no web page. The current OEs of SWAPA are Kyla (kyla at sccs dot swarthmore dot edu) and Amy (amy at glassonion dot org). If you want to find out more about SWAPA, write one of them, or ask your friendly neighborhood SWAPA evangelist, who is almost certainly lurking somewhere close by, brandishing a tactical nuclear stapler.
