Organization

it's good to be organized (or, at least, to surround yourself with a convincing aura of organization). every meeting, you'll need at least three sheets of paper (one for the attendance list and two for notes, unless it's a short meeting), and sometimes you'll need more, such as when a sign-up sheet is passed around. so go buy a notebook (you can probably even put it in supply budget, if you care), put ``swil'' and the current year on the front cover, put some president in charge of bringing it to all the meetings, and stick all swil-meeting-related pieces of paper into the notebook. (it's useful if the president in question carries it around all the time, especially if they live off-campus, because then it's available for swilnews-writing and so forth.)
